Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 (Large/oversize items subject to surcharges) shipping to the US. ALL SHOE ORDERS IN FLORIDA SHOULD ARRIVE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY IF PLACED BEFORE 2PM AND ARE IN STOCK! (You can call the store to confirm availability and shipping if you would like the next day also.) Orders under $5.00 pay $2.00 for shipping(1st class mail). $5.00 to 49.99 pay $4.95 (USPS). Orders placed by 2pm ship same day if they are in stock or you will be notified of any backorders/delays of more than 2 days. Orders are typically shipped UPS with tracking information in the continental US or via USPS for PO Boxes/APO for orders under $50. International orders are see below. We reserve the right to change shipping carries depending on location/cost. Orders under $50 do not have tracking information.

Order may be picked up at Runner's Edge in Boca Raton. Please indicate on your order if you would like to pickup or call the store after you have placed your order to confirm stock and let us know you would like to pickup your purchase!

Rush shipping: Orders placed by 2pm EST will be shipped same day if they are in stock via 2 (business) day air UPS (in Continental US). Holidays/weekends not counted in shipping times. add $15.00. Next business day delivery add $40.00 for orders up to 6 lbs or  Call for rates on larger size items.

Domestic Return Policy: Returns/refunds accepted on merchandise within 30 days that is unworn and re-sellable. Packaging must also be undamaged. Any freight charges for exchanges will be paid at your expense. Food items are no returnable.

Customers are allowed a one-time exchange on shoes within 30 days of purchase that are worn (but not worn-out). There will be a $9 service charge for shipping/processing on used returns. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns unless the shipment is incorrect.

International shipping: International orders cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S! Some vendor do not allow overseas shipping ( including Asics, Brooks and Saucony). We require Paypal for all international shipping. Shipping will be USPS or USPS for Canada. Add $20.00 (orders up to $200) Canada and $25 (orders over $200).   For all other countries $30 (orders up to $200) and $45 (orders over $200).  US Post Office does NOT offer tracking information on international orders only proof of shipping. We guarantee shipping and tracking but cannot guarantee delivery on your end or delivery times which vary depending on customs and country. Customer is responsible for all duties/taxes. Some vendor do not allow overseas shipping ( like Asics, Brooks and Saucony). Typical shipping is 8-10 business days (1-2 weeks), but allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. We cannot report missing items before 30 days. Due to their weight/cost, most food items and some other items will require extra shipping charges which we will notify you for additinoal payment before completing your order.

Rush International shipping: Orders placed by 12pm EST will be shipped same day if they are in stock via USPS Express International for $45 (orders up to $200) or $75 (orders over $200).  Holidays/weekends not counted in shipping times.   US Post Office does NOT offer tracking information on international orders only proof of shipping. We guarantee shipping and tracking but cannot guarantee delivery on your end or delivery times which vary depending on customs and country. Customer is responsible for all duties/taxes. Some vendor do not allow overseas shipping ( like Asics). Typical shipping is 2-8 business days, but allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We cannot report missing items before 30 days.  Due to their weight/cost, most food items and some other items will require extra shipping charges which we will notify you for additinoal payment before completing your order.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges (TO US AND RETURN TO YOU) for returns unless the shipment is incorrect.  If you do decide to return please e-mail us for a return authorization number (RA).

If you would rather receive a refund that is an option too, once the items are returned we will refund the full amount of the shoes minus the shipping cost.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (US shipping only), checks, and paypal payment methods. All funds must be in US dollars. Items will not shipped till after payment has cleared paypal which depends on your account with paypal and payment method. International orders require paypal.
